Background;
- We bought the apartment on the Arenal Golf development in Benalmadena in December 2006 and maximised it’s space and potential by creating a spacious, modern apartment that can comfortably accommodate 6 persons + 1 baby / toddler on a self-catering basis.
Benalmadena;
- Benalmadena is located on the Costa Del Sol, in between the mountains and the sea.
- The warm temperatures and many annual hours of glorious sunlight provide an ideal holiday destination, all the year round.
- Temperatures in early December average around 17 celsius and in the peak of summer can get into the high 30's.
- Benalmadena has 3 different parts; - Arroyo de la Miel (the town) which is quaint and typically Spanish, - The Costa, (the coast / beach area) and - The Pueblo, the beautiful white washed village (the old town).
- Arenal Golf is located between Arroyo de la Miel and the Pueblo.
The Apartment;
- One double bedroom (with en suite), one twin bedroom and 2 reclining sofa beds (plus cot, high chair and pram for babies / young children), enables 6 adults to live in comfort.
- Leading off the living room is a spacious balcony with views of the mountains and golf course. The balcony is furnished with a large BBQ and teak table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
- Apartment is ideal for families with many games, toys, dvds available in the apartment and plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Develpment facilties;
